Secret Garden Afternoon Tea

To celebrate the arrival of spring, Taj 51 has launched their new Secret Garden Afternoon Tea.

Kona's Secret Garden Afternoon Tea menu includes fresh, seasonal sandwiches including Garden herb roast chicken and Cucumber, beetroot and basil butter. Delight in a range of sumptuous sweet treats, from Fair Fresh Leaves - a mandarin citrus cream cheese tart baked with basil almond cream, to Leaves and Trees Flowers and Birds - a moist olive oil and lime cake with a mango ganache.

The Secret Garden Afternoon Tea is available from £75 per person

Jasmine Indian Afternoon Tea

Jasmine Indian Afternoon Tea is also available, which evokes the rich traditions of the Indian dining culture with a bold and innovative twist on the traditional afternoon tea.

Enjoy a variety of sandwiches such as spiced cream cheese, kachumber pinwheel in beetroot bread and savoury Eastern dishes such as crispy chicken tikka spring rolls. Follow with the traditional Indian dessert Gulab Jamun and a selection of delicious cakes, scones and pastries, including chocolate Rasmalai cups and Gulabi scones.

Wash it down with a selection of eastern and western teas and coffees and a shot of salty caramel lassi with a chikki toffee crunch.

The Jasmine Afternoon Tea is available from £75 per person.
