Served from a unique hanging cake stands guests can also enjoy delicate finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream, Pembrokeshire strawberry jam, rose petal jelly and wild plum jam, as well as a selection of specially curated delicate pastries. Guests can choose from a menu of 29 different types of loose-leaf tea and further enhance their Afternoon Tea experience to be accompanied by a choice of Champagne, Sake, Beers, Alsatian Wines or Sparkling Tea pairings.

In a collaboration that spans the Atlantic, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London and Mandarin Oriental, New York are delighted to announce the launch of a unique Afternoon Tea experience that bridges two iconic cities. Named after the approximate distance in miles between the two parks that both hotels border – Hyde Park and Central Park – the 346Tea menu takes guests on a journey of iconic flavours and textures. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Emmanuel Bonneau is a multi-award-winning pastry chef. The excellent quality of his work has earned him many accolades, which include winning Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals in 2018 and the Best Pastry Chef of the Year in 2017.
