Inspired by the award winning Science Afternoon Tea, The Ampersand have created a new Jurassic themed tea, taking its cue from a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Expect a mix of exciting and curious dishes including a Volcanic eruption, a Jurassic mountain and a Dinosaur egg basket.
Take a journey back in time to when the dinosaurs roamed the earth over 200 Million years ago and where gastronomy and history collide in a one of a kind dining experience.
Choose from Jurassic, Kids, Vegetarian, or Gluten free menus, with or without a glass of Charles Heidsieck Brut NV or Rosé Champagne, a glass of Wild Idol alcohol free sparkling rosé, or our Jurassic Tea Pot Tails with or without alcohol.
Jurassic Afternoon Tea is served every day at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm.

The Ampersand Hotel is inviting children and adults alike to transport themselves to one of their private event spaces for an out of this world exploration of its new Jurassic Afternoon Tea. The team are happy to accommodate special celebrations such as family occasions, Hen Dos, Baby Showers, and Children's Afternoon Tea parties.
Minimum: 8 guests
Maximum: 10 guests (Wine Room), 24 guests (Library), 32 guests (Games Room)
Prices: Adult Afternoon Tea is priced at £54.50 per person and £69.50 with a glass of Champagne. Children's Afternoon Tea is priced at £37.50 per person. Complimentary private event space for group bookings (min numbers apply).
Dietary Requirements: Our Jurassic Tea can cater for Vegetarian and Gluten free but these must be advised at time of booking

Group Afternoon Tea bookings are available from 12pm - 6:30pm Monday - Sunday.
